[SFLphone] iax2 library, compiling miniphone

Hi,

In the IAX2 library version we provide with SFLphone, miniphone is not 
integrated in the build system;
If you want to test it, you will have to edit the Makefile.am and the 
miniphone.c and miniphone.h. Then ./configure.
