The error you get is probably because you don't have libzrtpcpp-dev
installed.
I strongly suggest that you don't build from git right now but rather
use the 0.9.6 source.
What you tried to compile was the bleeding edge development version for
0.9.7 beta, for which we don't have a release date yet. We used to have
something stable right out from git, but during the last weeks, we had
some pretty intense development. Instead of waiting until every was
cleaned up, we decided that it would be more convenient to push as soon
as we have something worth to be tested.
