[SFLphone] how to install?

Hi Roberto,
We no longer package SFLphone for Mandriva. The reason is that there is 
no log4c package for this distribution (and maybe other packages are 
missing).
If you want to install the last version of SFLphone, you need to compile 
sources and handle missing libraries by yourself.
We will also probably investigate ourselves to determine if log4c is the 
only missing library, and in this case, try to make it non-mandatory.
