[SFLphone] IP2IP calling with IAX2?

Hi Renne,

No, as for now, the direct IP calls are only available with SIP.
As it is not much work, we might try to include this feature in one of
the next releases. If you want to implement it by yourself, I will be
able to provide you with some help or hints.
