[SFLphone] 0.9.6 rc1 has been released

Hi all,

Good news, SFLphone 0.9.6 release candidate 1 has been released.

This is major bug fix release strongly recommanded to all the SFLphone
users. It fixes many SIP/RTP problems that were happening during call
initiation and SDP negociation, it makes G722 audio codec usable and
fixes many bugs with the KDE client.
