[SFLphone] 0.9.6 rc2 has been released

Hi everyone,

SFLphone 0.9.6 rc2 has been released on last Friday night. 

This release provides the following improvments: 
	- common localization system between the KDe client and the GNOME
client, 
         - SIP port modification from the GUI, 
         - dbuscpp modification to make sflphoned quit instantaneously, 
         - minor bug fixes in KDE and GNOME client.
