[SFLphone] 0.9.6 Official release

Hi all,

SFLphone 0.9.6 has just been released.

This version provides these new features: complete KDE client, DNS SRV
resolver, persistent history, new notification system for the GNOME
client, G722 audio codec implementation.

But this is first and foremost a major bugfix release and a very
important milestone in terms of stability as it addresses over 100
bugfixes, enhancements and performance improvements.
