[SFLphone] A problem with IP to IP call

Dear Sir,
I'm a student and I am doing some research on SIP now using SFLphone0.9.4. The problem with me is that I can't use IP to IP call! 
I dialed   ip:58.193.152.36  
The problem is just like below, could you help me please. Thanks a lot!
