[SFLphone] Fw: A problem on IP to IP call

Dear Sir,
I'm a student and I'm doing some research on SIP. Now I am using SFLphone and the problem with me is that I can't make IP to IP call!
I have two accout: 1335 at sip.sflphone.org  with IP address 58.193.152.37 
                   1340 at sip.sflphone.org                  58.193.152.36
I can make call by dailing "1340", but I can't make call by dialing "ip:58.193.152.36"
I don't know why could you tell me how to make IP to IP call? Thanks a lot!
If possible could you please send me something on how to use SFLphone, I can't find it on Internet thank you very much!
