[SFLphone] Making it work out of the box

Hi, i've been following SFLPhone development since 0.9.1. However i've
been not able to use it as my standard softphone.

As this softphone looks as the most promising one out there, i really
want to help in order to make it production ready.

I'm testing it with a clean Jaunty install and also with a clean Karmic
install.  Both have problems related to pulseaudio.

When i dial a number i only can hear the first digit dialed, then only
silence.

if i clic on     the voicemail button i can hear the password message
played by my pbx but after that it's only silence.

This happens both with IAX2 and SIP.  

if i select ALSA as sound system i get really bad quality and choppy
audio.

Would you please help me debug this issue?
