[SFLphone] Problem when picking up calls

Emmanuel,
I have only the ringing sound.
When the peer picks up the sflphoned deamon dies, and for the peer
appears like the call is still on, but no sound for both sides.
Luckily the modifications I've made are only in 2 source files, so I'll
test with the nightly snapshots ( sometime soon, I hope ).
I think it's time to organize some automatic build system here :-)
