[SFLphone] RTP ports

The media ports (RTP) are random, so you probably can't do anything with
that.

Here is how the ports are set:
 #define RANDOM_LOCAL_PORT ((rand() % 27250) + 5250)*2

The next release will also use the standard TLS port 5061.
