[SFLphone] Install File Twice Not Permitted

Hi,

This bug has been fixed. Just copy the sflphone-common/libs/dbus-c
++/src/Makefile.am from the git repository in your 0.9.6 source code.
sflphoned is not supposed to install header file at all.
