I rebuilt todays GIT on another ia32 machine. It did not connect to a
SIP provider. On inspection of a working .config/sflphone/sflphonedrc
file (from a setup of a few days ago), and todays GIT, I notice that
in the file resulting from todays build:

username is set
authenticationUsername is NOT set *it was set in the earlier file*

manually adding the authenticationUsername (same as username) allows
this build to work.

On my amd64 machine, if I move out the sflphonedrc (which has the IAX
entry) and replace it with the one from the ia32 machine, then that
works too. However, the file with multiple IAX and SIP accounts does
not work (even with authenticationUsername set up and expire set to
3600).

Sorry if this is not very coherent, but the affects seem somewhat
random.
