[SFLphone] JACK Support

Any plans for JACK[0] support?. 

I now run pulseaudio on top of JACK, so I get sflphone to use JACK, but
it's not a clean solution, as all clean ALSA apps access this
interface. 

JACK support is very good for VoIP, because it lets you preprocess and
postprocess what you send and receive. I always run my voice through a
set of processing plugins to make it good and cool;). I also process the
receiving signal, using compressors (limiting) and filters. 

With JACK support in sflphone, it would just show up as a normal JACK
client and you could have more specific control with less effort.
