[SFLphone] JACK Support

Hi Esben,

Jack integration is not planned right now as we have a very limited
development team. But I agree with you, it would quite cool to plug
SFLphone directly in jackd.

What do you think about the ALSA plugin for jack? I am not very familiar
with jack and applications using it, but as we already have a native
ALSA audio interface, we could just use this plugin. It would be not so
much work.
