[SFLphone] How to make IP based calling

Dear Tech Team,

     I had downloaded and installed the SFLphone in Fedora 11. Its a 
cool softphone. I registered the softphone with ma IP-PBX and it works 
well. But  there is one condition i got stuck.

     I want to make a PEER-2-PEER calling i.e. IP Based calling from 
this softphone. Can you please guide me is to how i can do that.
