[SFLphone] SIP port and multiple accounts

The SIP port you can set in the configuration panel is the SIP listening
port, ie the port the UDP transport has been initialized on (source port
if you prefer). The destination port can not be set as it is depending
on the peer address.
I made some tests with the 0.9.6 version and Wireshark, and everything
seemed correct to me. After I changed the SIP port in the GUI, the UDP
source port, the VIA header and the contact URI's were updated
correctly.
