[SFLphone] SFLPhone KDE client doesn not compile on Qt 4.6, 1 / KDE 4.4

Hello René,

I'm working to upgrade the kde client of SFLPhone. I'm working on it in a 
separate branch called qt-client.

I've just upgraded to qt4.6 and I have the same bug on my side. I'll 
investigate and tell you when it will be fixed.  I hoped it won't be long
