[SFLphone] USB HID on/off hook supported?

Hi James,
There is currently nothing out of the box in SFLphone to handle such a
status. A D-Bus signal will be appropriate, as the architecture is
already built on it, or maybe XF86 event ?
Anyway we surely can help you, sounds promising. What do you propose ?
