Hi,
There is two types of DTMF in VoIP:
- DTMF over SIP described in RFC3261 INFO Event
- DTMF over RTP described in RFC2833
SFLphone currently supports only DTMF over SIP. You can contact your provider
or configure your PBX to make sure this type of DTMF will be used.
Thanks for this report, hopefully DTMF over RTP will be implemented soon in SFLphone.
Alexandre

Objet: [SFLphone] SFLPhone After Call tone generation
I've installed the latest gnome version for ubuntu from the PPA in my VM
of Kubuntu. I can make calls but when I'm required to enter a following
number, like an extension number for the person I'm trying to reach, the
program makes touch tone sounds but they are not recognized by the phone
system I've called. Is this a know issue or is there a configuration
available to remedy this?
I've connected SLFPhone to my Allworx.com IP-PBX SIP 2.0 based server.
The same problem happens when I'm trying to enter my password for
voicemail access on my system.
Thanks. Mark
